R. Leslie Holmes

Prior to entering academia, he pastored churches from 60 to 4,300 members. He has spoken, taught, and presented at preaching conferences and university campuses and churches on six continents. Former United States Senate Chaplain, Dr. Lloyd Ogilvie called him “One of America’s foremost scholar-pastors.” He is the author or contributing editor of 12 books and numerous articles in professional journals. His newest book is Leading the Way. He says his greatest delight at being on Erskine’s faculty is that he has a regular opportunity to touch a new generation of preachers.
