Frequently Asked Questions

You can expect between 300-400 attendees to the conference. Our attendees come primarily from the United States and the United Kingdom. We also have a wide spectrum of denominations in attendance.

Yes. These sponsorships are provided as a starting point. We do our best to provide sponsorship packages that will work for your organization. If you need more space or would like to get a better deal by purchasing several sponsorships, provided availability exist, we would be happy to have that discussion.

All artwork is due by June 30th. This allows us to make sure we can get everything printed and ready for opening day of ICOP2017.

There are a couple of different ways to pay for your sponsorship. You can make a payment by check payable to Anderson University. Our mailing address is:

Make sure you that you provide details as to what it is for. Also, if you are paying by check you will need to call (1.864.328.1809) or email (ministry@andersonuniversity.edu) our offices to make sure your sponsorship is available. We’ll also lock your sponsorship in as we wait for your check to arrive.

The best method of payment is by credit card. You can call our offices at 1.864.328.1809). We accept most credit cards. This ensures a quick payment and allows us to proceed with promoting your organization or product on the ICOP2017 website.

Typically we allow two exhibitors per sponsorship. This does not include Program Ad sponsorships.

Premier sponsors are allowed to bring up to five people.

Yes, you are free to join any of the sessions or workshops.

Sponsors can begin setting up their exhibits between 4:00p and 6:00p on August 7th or between 8:00a-10:00a on August 8th, 2017.
